Three years ago my wife and I met with Scott Fuelling, President of Phoenix Unequaled Home Entertainment. We had prepared a 5 page document outlining the audio-visual, security and electronic control functions that we wanted in our new home. In all honesty this was the ultimate wish list which we did not think could be completely fulfilled. However the opposite came true. Through unique and thorough design and implementation by the Phoenix team, all our desires and needs were more than realized. The use of Control 4 as the platform for our system has given the flexibility to modify our system for future needs. We are very happy with the value we obtained for our investment and the service provided for our system despite the fact we live in an adjacent state.

My wife and I originally chose Phoenix for its vast array of high-end home automation and theater services. However, the level of professional service with both the purchase and installation process is why we will only consider Phoenix in our future purchases. The entire staff is highly skilled in their specific areas and treat each installation as though it is their own. Because of Phoenix, our house is now the envy of the entire neighborhood.

I’ve had Phoenix perform seven projects in the last ten years, from home theater installation to automation and more, and they have exceeded my expectations each and every time. I rely on Phoenix for all my audio visual needs as they have provided me with consistent, dependable and knowledgeable service since 1998. They take pride in their work and it shows. From the initial concept to final completion, Phoenix always exceeds my expectations.

We wanted to thank you so much for taking care of all of our needs in our new home. It has been a pleasure to work with such a professional crew who are so polite and helpful. No matter what requests we had, they were very eager to assist and help out in any way.

They have put in enormous time and care and effort. They showed me the custom made cables be installed for the media closets and they are going above and beyond in terms of dealing with Comcast and getting our system ready. Seldom am I happy when I spend money.

Having said that, I couldn’t be more thrilled with the new HDTV, DVR and BD player. They all greatly exceeded my expectations and I consider this money well spent.

You should be extremely proud of the installation crew. They couldn’t have been more professional, knowledgeable or polite. Their demeanor, dedication and commitment to a good job was apparent from the start of the project. They kept a clean site and cleaned up after themselves upon completion. They couldn’t have been kinder explaining things to my wife in a manner she could grasp.

Christina and I want to thank you for the superior service we received from your company. The network, alarm, videophone and speakers all seem to be operational and make life very safe and convenient in the house.

We would especially like to commend the onsite team for their knowledge and professionalism. They did a great job on the wiring and networking. Their work was very neat. They were even able, after working hours, on their mobile phone, to diagnose a problem with the wiring after the alarm monitoring company had been here, which had disabled our home phone line. Dedicated employees like them are difficult to find. Please let them know how pleased we are with their work.

We are now dreaming up ways to expand the system, but will likely take a bit of a break. Know that when we do, we will call Phoenix.
