Christina and I want to thank you for the superior service we received from your company. The network, alarm, videophone and speakers all seem to be operational and make life very safe and convenient in the house.
We would especially like to commend the onsite team for their knowledge and professionalism. They did a great job on the wiring and networking. Their work was very neat. They were even able, after working hours, on their mobile phone, to diagnose a problem with the wiring after the alarm monitoring company had been here, which had disabled our home phone line. Dedicated employees like them are difficult to find. Please let them know how pleased we are with their work.
We are now dreaming up ways to expand the system, but will likely take a bit of a break. Know that when we do, we will call Phoenix.
